Megan Francisco is a Board-Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy at Thrive Ortho & Spine. Megan graduated with a B.S in Biology from Langston University in 2016 and went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)from University of Texas Medical Branch in 2020. Following graduation, she completed her Orthopedic Residency at Memorial Hermann Ironman Sports Medicine Institute in Houston, Texas - designed to advance her clinical practice, produce national research presentations, and enhance her manual therapy and differential diagnosis skills in athletes and non-athletes across the lifespan. Additionally, Megan received her Certification in Dry Needling (Cert. DN) from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
Megan specializes in orthopedic and spine physical therapy and strives to guide her patients in managing their pain with a total body approach to fitness and rehabilitation to help patients achieve their goals of living an active lifestyle.
In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her treasured husband, relationship coaching on her podcast, and cycling to maintain a healthy and well-balanced life.
